Local storage permissions granted to applications are used only to implement user-triggered functional actions, including mainstream format video import, HD video decoding playback, playback speed adjustment, forward and backward playback control, local video library display, and video renaming and deletion management.

All local data operations serve only the underlying tool attributes, and are never used for non-functional scenarios such as user profile analysis, precision ad push, business data statistics, third-party data sharing, and so on. Data usage boundaries are clear and transparent.

TaupeVid is a purely local tool-class application that runs all video analysis, file processing, and media management operations locally on user endpoint devices, without building cloud servers, uploading data, or performing remote sync backups.

All of the user‘s local video files, action records, and media list data remain only within the user‘s personal device. Applications do not privately cache, copy, or migrate user video and audio files. Users retain full ownership and control over all of their local data.

We adopt an internationally-standard endpoint security protection architecture to strengthen the security of application file reading logic, data invocation processes, and playback decoding programs, effectively avoiding security risks such as data tampering, illegal reading, and local information leakage.
